1. When you first enter the Country option a Select A Country window will appear with the following options:
Select ADD.
2. In the Country UCC field, enter a code up to three digits long to represent the country name.
Note Some countries are included in the system by default.
3. In the Name field, enter the corresponding country's name.
4. In the Alias field, enter a two digit Country of Origin alias (COO alias). The alias is used by Trace to identify the country of origin on the XML Import Trace Documents if needed. See Trace Overview for more information.
5. In the Status field, define whether the country status is active (A) or inactive (I).
6. Command options will appear:
Select Add.
7. The country has now been added. You will return to the Country UCC field; enter another country, or press Enter to exit the option.
